Oded Fehr was born in Tel Aviv, Israel on November 23,1970.  He lived there until he joined the Israel Navy at the age of 18. He served for 3 years.
     After his National Service duty was finished, Oded went to England to pursue a business career. Oded discovered acting and trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.
     Two months after he graduated, Oded was cast as Ardeth Bay in the 1999 remake of The Mummy..  The role as Ardeth Bay is where Oded first gained notoriety across the world.
